The car had a small problem with the window when I went to pick it up and they had it fixed within a couple of hours and gave me a gift to boot. After deciding to purchase the BMW X3 over the Lexus 350, I negotiated a purchase price with a client advisor whose approach was somewhat reminiscent of a used-car-salesman, e.g. pleasant conversation until you broached the topic of price discounts and trade-in-value. I was also surprised when I was given the pink purchase order form with no detailed information, e.g. vehicle color, trim, packages, options, etc., and asked to sign the form. I was then assigned Danny Wong as my client advisor and there was a marked change in service. Danny was courteous and prompt when replying to emails and phone calls and I never felt as if he was bothered by my numerous questions and request for vehicle status updates. He was very knowledgeable with all the vehicle packages and options but never tried to push or upsell the items. On delivery day, the dealership was quite busy and Danny was serving other clients; however, he made it a point to get me through the finance department as quickly as possible. I would recommend asking for Danny if you come to this dealership. More

While BMW Genius was helping me get up to speed on the car Robert was working the paper work. When I returned all paper work was ready. I signed the paper work and off went home.
