Dear Mr. Harry Mizrahi, While we always appreciate when our customers take the time to share their feedback; in this particular situation, the chain of events you describe are completely inaccurate, and frankly unfair. Here’s what you left out of your comments: you had an appointment on Friday, April 12th at 10:00 a.m., yet you arrived two hours late. It was explained to you that there were several cars already put into the service rotation, therefore, since you missed your appointment, you would either have to wait or you were offered a ride home from one of our Valets. Due to the high volume of service on that day, a loaner car was not an option. You did not want to wait, you declined a ride home and you elected not to reschedule. Instead, you refused to accept our explanation and proceeded to treat our staff rudely. If we had taken your car in for service at an unscheduled time that day it would have caused other customers to be inconvenienced. It is not our policy to turn work away, nor do we “throw out” our customers. Your disregard for our schedule caused this unfortunate situation to occur. You should know that Circle BMW’s customer satisfaction index is currently at 98.1% and we service most of the BMWs in our market regardless of where they were purchased. We welcome everyone and take great pride in going above and beyond to provide the best service available. It’s no coincidence that we consistently maintain a score of 4.8 or above on DealerRater.com.
