Inquired about a used X3 3.0i and heard back immediately. The people at the dealership were extremely courteous, friendly, and willing to help with all of our needs and questions. Our salesman Clay was nice, very easy to deal with, and even went over every aspect of the car when we came to test drive it. They fixed a few scratches before pickup and even installed floor mats free of charge. The day we picked up the car it looked brand new, and included a few small gifts with the purchase. Another man took time to explain everything on the inside of the car to me so I had an idea of what every button meant. When I went to pick the plates up, they even offered to clean the wheels! Even though we purchased a used car, they treated us as if we were buying a brand new car, which is awesome. Overall great dealership, looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. While I was not happy, being a customer of Circle BMW since 1986 I knew the problems would be taken care of. Tim was extremely understanding and via calls then email kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. In addition he assured me new parts would be installed (carpet,speakers, wind screen) as my car was brand new. He also assured me that before they released the car he would insure everything was perfect. Mike who is always super concerned about how your car is doing did a great job insuring the car was in perfect order....which it was. While I was not happy with the condition of my new car, it was all caused at the factory and Circle did a great job in making me feel better about my purchase. More

There was a line on rear bumper. It was created by material leaking from trunk latch. Car is only one month old, and i was informed it was not covered by warranty. Jonathan was ver y helpful in gett material leaking from trunk latch. Car is only one month old, and i was informed it was not covered by warranty. Purchased my first CPO BMW 328i the other day. Great experience. I inquired about an xi on the internet, and receieved a response the same day from Alan. Although that car was sold before I could make the purchase, Alan was in constant communication with me every step of the way. He found a 328i for me the next day with low mileage, in great condition and at a very reasonable price. When we found a scratch on the bumper he insisted that I wait a few days while they remove the bumper and fix the scratch. When I picked up the car it looked brand new, like it was off the show room floor. Overall experience was great. My BMW X5 had a problem at night on a dark street,requiring a tow. When Roadside Assistance had trouble aiding me, I called our dealer, Circle BMW, out of desperation. Their performance, and particularly that of Bob Datri,was extraordinary. Luckily the showroom was open when I called. The service advisor Bob Datri did an exceptional job in resolving our dilemma. He provided an immediate tow, kept in touch with us by phone throughout to ensure we were ok, and by 9:30 the following morning called with a status on the repair. He then followed up, offered a loaner or a pick up/delivery, and made the repair quickly. I eventually picked up a washed, vacuumed vehicle from Circle's very efficient service staff. Bob Datri deserves my appreciation - his handling was excellent. He really took the pressure off in a difficult situation. We should also say we have had a very good experience dealing with Circle BMW. We worked with Alan Tannenhaus when purchasing our vehicle and that experience was excellent. Bob Datri's performance - excellent. The other people we come in contact with - from the receptionist to the cashier to the people in the service area - all very efficient and professional. I know this culture of quality comes from the top down. Congratulations to the management team at the dealership. Customer care should be more than just selling a good vehicle.Their people demonstrate that good care does not end when the contract is signed.
