It was a CPO car, and came with a warranty, attractive financing, and had virtually all of the equipment I was looking for in a pre-owned BMW. I had a bunch of questions, and made contact with the dealership via their web site. Deanna contacted me back multiple times to answer my multiple questions. The was very knowledgeable, and anything she didn't know she found out for me. She made the process of buying very easy, especially considering I was 90 miles away! We came to an agreement on price, plus the price of my trade, all via email. When I went to get the car we completed the transactions without a hitch, despite my family and 3 children needing to come with me. Overall, a great experience, which I'd recommend to anyone. More

He is polite, courteous and always there to answer all of my questions. Simply based upon the way Robert handles my service appointments; I have become a customer for life at Circle BMW. This BMW dealership has set the bar for excellence in Service and Sales. When you work with this group, they are absolutely motivated to solve any service issue and make your experience a positive on Service and Sales. When there is a problem such as a strange noise, they will have a guy ride in the trunk if that's what it takes to find it! I currently service 2 vehicles with Circle and have for several years. They also get high marks by hustling to ensure you get in and out with a loaner or providing a ride to work. It's that and simply delivering solid vehicle service on a consitent basis. They go out of their way to achieve customer satisfaction. More

Eric was genuinely understanding and thoughtful and took into consideration my financial situation and worked with me to keep me in a vehicle that would accommodate my needs as well as my financial budget. My experience with this dealership was pleasant, which is usually difficult to say as a single female shopping for an automobile. I went to Circle BMW for the sole purpose of appeasing my daughter Lisa. Lisa felt I should look into a BMW instead of buying another Mercrdes. Upon arriving at Circle BMW I was greeted by Deanna Riley who p daughter Lisa. Lisa felt I should look into a BMW instead of buying another Mercrdes. Upon arriving at Circle BMW I was greeted by Deanna Riley who proceeded to show me a number of X5's on the lot & show room. She took me for a test drive and I was amazed at the car's driving capabilities & the options available to me. Deanna was very informative . Upon returning Deanna reviewed pricing with me and worked very closely with me to arrive at a reasonable price. We even looked into the advantages and disadvantages of buying and leasing so that I was most comfortable finacially with either approach. Even though it was not my initial intent to buy that evening I decided to go for it. When I picked the car up at Circle BMW I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of personal attension I received from Deanna & Anthony (tech expert). They spent close to an hour explaining each & every item in the car and having me take it through the paces. At the end of the day they made the whole experience of buying a new car a real pleasure. I am a consultant from California and have a "Senior Vehicle" that occasionally requires repairs. When I drop my car off for Service it is always proptly checked in and I meet right away with Tim, my S Vehicle" that occasionally requires repairs. When I drop my car off for Service it is always proptly checked in and I meet right away with Tim, my Service Specialist, allowing me to be in and out in under 15 minutes. He is always honest and straightforward when explaining any repair and does it in a respectful way that I can understand. I feel I can trust him and have recommended Circle BMW to my friends and neighbors. More
