Disheartening AC Issue Experience Reveals Lack of Customer Concern I have been a loyal customer of Circle BMW for the past four years, and while my previous experiences with their service team hav Customer Concern I have been a loyal customer of Circle BMW for the past four years, and while my previous experiences with their service team have been generally unremarkable, my recent encounter has left me profoundly disappointed. I brought my vehicle in due to a persisting AC issue that was blowing hot air during the scorching summer weather. After an initial repair that seemed promising, the problem resurfaced within two weeks. On the second visit, I was told my car needed an extensive leak test, and after an overnight stay, I was informed no leak was found and was advised to return if the issue happens again. The lack of diagnostic clarity is deeply concerning, as the root cause of the AC problem remains unidentified. This has left me frustrated and apprehensive about future issues. What's worse, I was charged twice – $335.00 for a service that didn't address the initial concern, and $247.01 for a service that yielded no resolution. During the pickup on August 1st, my interaction with a service advisor was disappointing. When I questioned the recurring charges without meaningful results, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The advisor cited a similar case where a more extensive test was performed, citing that the other customer had multiple cars. However, this option was never presented to me despite my individual circumstances. This experience has led me to question the customer-centric approach of Circle BMW's service department. It's disheartening to endure discomfort and pay for services that don't provide relief, only to be met with indifference. As someone who has been a faithful customer, this encounter has left me demoralized and determined to share my account on various review platforms. I hope Circle BMW reevaluates its customer service standards and emphasizes the importance of addressing concerns effectively. My hope is that this establishment can regain its reputation for quality service and customer care. P.S. As I write this review, the AC on my car has not been working AGAIN for the last few days.
