Top of the line experience at Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ today 7/18/23. Was greeted promptly, even tho I was 45 min late to my appointment. Described what services would be preformed and total cost. I waited for my oil and spark plugs to be changed it took about an hour and a half. The dealerships customer lounge is very clean and welcoming, including the receptionist greeting me and my pup 🐶 Cinnamon offering a complimentary waste container with bags. I had a great double espresso and some snacks.
