Always great service as a company. Some of the reps could have been friendlier though. A select few acted like they absolutely hated their job and I was a big inconvenience. Not something you want to see after a $40k car purchase and $600 service. Makes me think employees aren’t being taken care of and perhaps they need to be valued more, as morale appears very low. The guy who checked me out at the end was nice though. More
