My husband and I visited a couple of car dealerships this past week and was not happy with the service that we received. Visited Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury to investigate renewing a lease on a Sonata. Jerry and Sam were professional, friendly and competent. Worst car shopping experience of my life. I was told to go look in the parking lot at What was available. I told him he was not going to run my credit, not only did I not test drive this car, I did not even see inside the vehicle!! He tried to lie and tell me that he was not going to run my credit, only see if I qualified for the loan.... Umm.. How do you see if someone qualifys for a loan without checking their credit!? By this point I am totally shocked and he is being a complete pompus jerk! GREAT JOB JASON!! I was extremely interested in this vehicle and will most likely buy It within the next week. JUST NOT FROM CIRCLE! More
