What was very nice about this experience is that our salesperson, Joe DeFalco, took the time to explain all the pros and cons of the car in relationship to other cars, as well as why it was suitable for what my needs were. There was no pressure from him. He was a gentleman and tried to give us time to think about our purchase before we made the final offer. More
