Dealership rating This was a second lease from Circle . Craig Shannon was our sales person and we liked him a lot. I was called on a very rainy day and told that if we went back that day I could have the Tuscon I wanted for the kease price we had originally asked for. My husband and I drove up to Circle on a very rainy day and Craig brought us the Tuscon I had my heart set on, a black exterior with black interior. After going through the paperwork the transaction stopped and I was told that I could not have the black on black but I had to get the black with a grey interior. The black on black was more money and the lease would be more money. I did not intend to go home in the storm without the new vehicle so I took the black with grey interior. While I really like the Tuscon I was a little disappointed that we drove all the way up there and could not get the color scheme I really wanted. I think the primary reason I took it also was I really like Craig Shannon but next time I will not settle. Overall We both like the dealership and the salesperson. More
