Been a customer for 14 years So like my title say, I have been a customer for 14 years. This is my 5th car from them. I went in wanting a fully loaded Tucson limited. 1st they did So like my title say, I have been a customer for 14 years. This is my 5th car from them. I went in wanting a fully loaded Tucson limited. 1st they didn't have the color I wanted, they were willing to find one for me. But the payments would have been too much. (Being a returning customer I think they should have got the limited for me, at the payment I wanted) instead the guy had me test drive the Tucson sport in the color I wanted. Guess what I ended up getting the sport. Then I asked for auto start to be installed no extra on my payment. Went up about 10 dollars. And for the amount I had to put down, I should have a Tucson limited parked in my driveway. Had an appointment set for last Thursday 3/2/17 Now they pushed it out until this coming Friday 3/10/17. After 14 years with this dealer I doubt I will buy from them again, and doubt I'll keep this Tucson after my lease is over. More
