We thought we were through with the Hyundai family after being scammed by brad benson. Thank goodness Eric from the Internet department called us to come down to see how a dealership should be run. Robert was so helpful in selecting the right car for us. He was professional, kind and patient throughout the whole process. He is not your typical car salesman, no pressure, he actually made this a pain free process. Roger helped me through the finance part of it. He carefully explained each form that I signed and answered every question I had. Sam transferred my insurance from my old car to my new santa fe and showed me how all of the features of the car worked. Circle Hyundai is the only Hyundai dealership I will use in the future. I actually met two of Circle Hyundai's owners,Paul and Donald. They were total gentlemen. Very down to earth people. Thank you to the entire Circle Hyundai family. I was there to have maintenance work on my 2011 Elantra, which was due to be returned in March of 2014, and as I was browsing through the showroom I struck up a conversation with Vincent who recommended me which was due to be returned in March of 2014, and as I was browsing through the showroom I struck up a conversation with Vincent who recommended me to Craig and before I new it I was sitting down returning my lease and purchasing a new one. They made the whole experience so pleasurable. I explained what I was there for and my current financial situation and they met every request I made of them. From the cars condition, over mileage and lack of money available they made it work. They were pleasant and understanding. I told them straight up what I had or didn't have really, but, with bad credit and all I drove away with a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They are good people and I would recommend them in a second. I just bought a new car from this dealer and was very happy with EVERYTHING . I have had Toyotas for the last 16 or so years and I wanted a change. He was informative, friendly and made a VERY pleasant experience! There was no pressure and he listened to what I wanted in a car. I walked away with my new car in a couple of hours and had no questions after that ( only because he went over everything). Offering a beverage, test driving the car, etc. etc. I will buy a car again from this dealership. In fact, everyone had a smile on his/her face-something you DON't see often!
