SERVICE DEPT. dishonesty I was told I would need new rear brakes--"that my pads were worn & the rotors very, very rusty." Cost $429. I got a second opinion the next day & saw I was told I would need new rear brakes--"that my pads were worn & the rotors very, very rusty." Cost $429. I got a second opinion the next day & saw for myself: The other mechanic, with 30 years experience, & I concurred that the brake pads were thick & fine, the rust hardly there, minimal at best & not an issue. He also told me the charge of $429 for new rear brakes is 30% higher than other shops would charge if actually needed new rear brakes. Circle Hyundai has lost all crediability. I will no longer use them nor will I buy any additional cars from them. Lastly, they push doing their after-service survey whining how they need 100% positive feedback. Pushy outside wind shield co. pounces on you upon pulling in to the service area telling you have wind shield cracks when there are none. & that, no worries, your insurance co. will pay for it. (This last visit I did have a real crack tho.)This whole dealership is a hustle & should be avoided. More
Horrible I got my car for service and they said they did it in 30min. I was happy and when I paid the amount n took my car I am surprised to see that the bumpe I got my car for service and they said they did it in 30min. I was happy and when I paid the amount n took my car I am surprised to see that the bumper is broken and the person in garage is saying it is not his responsibility. After a an 30min argument he said to come on weekday for manager to check. He was shouting at me. The person who was shouting is Michel. Final when I took the car it still has the same issue. Scam artists My Elentra was my first care ever leased on my own and this experience has been a nightmare. Not only is this place the worst but Hyundai as a whole. My car was a three year lease which is up in Decemeber, and I have had nothing but problems with it. All of a sudden my car wasn't starting when it got cold out so I called a tow and had it brought to circle Hyundai. After not having a loaner vehicle, they proceeded to tell me that it was the battery causing these issues. I explained that is not possible because I have already replaced the battery In it. They implied I was lying and once my father got on the phone with them they changed there attitude. After doing there "tests" they continued to say it was the battery. After bringing it home with the new battery it started fine for about two days than my head light went out along with my tail lights that I had JUST REPLACED, This is sounding to me like an electrical problem but what do I know. Now after spending over 100 dollars on a new battery my car would not start last night. After calling them first thing in the morning he told me that I should call on Monday to make an appointment. This is by far the worst place to purchase/ take your car, they are a bunch of thieves. More
Worst Dealership Ever Had to Deal With You'd never think a flat tire on a Hyundai Veloster could cause your life to be in turmoil but Circle Hyundai made sure that was the case. I still don't have my car for a flat that happened 5 days ago. They told me $160 as apparently the Veloster doesn't come with a spare (not that I was told this before purchase), then after we drive to the dealership as it's supposed to be fixed the next day, they spray something on the broken tire and tell me the rim is cracked ad changing the tire won't work so it's going to be an extra $375. Yes, that's right, over $500 for one flat tire! I asked the salesperson if I could just get into a different car and they told me no way. The Hyundai I bought it at told me that I could do this but that I'd have to get the car to that dealership in Toms River. Well, that's $189 to tow it there so that's out. Across the board, all staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seem to think that it is fine that I don't have my car. Called this morning as I got together the $500+ to pick up car and the part is not in yet! So I guess a week and a half without my car for a flat tire is perfectly acceptable at this dealership. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. It was the WORST experience I've ever had with a dealership and have had a different leased cars for the past 7 years. On the other hand, I highly recommend Lester Glen Hyundai where I purchased the car! More

FROM DAY ONE - NO PRESSURE SALES, AND WHEN A SMALL ITEM NEEDED REPAIR THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE COOPER I PURCHASED A 2013 SONATA NEW FROM THEM.
