I was out of the dealership in 2.5 hours sign sealed and delivered. Dan Greco was very laid back and honest. Did a great job with a demanding customer. Made the experience stellar. The only suggestion or improvement I would give to the management is to ask the customer to opt out of the "warranty upsell". This will help speed up the process and not lessen the customer experience right before delivery. More

I must say, just last week we bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy, from Lestor Soto. He is by far the most honest salesman there is, period. We went in knowing what we wanted to get for our trade-in, and he was very accommodating while waiting for the numbers to come in for our trade. We knew what we wanted in our new vechile and he went above and beyond to find us the exact color, and upgrades we wanted. He did not push us into something different, or a different color model like most salesman do. When the numbers did not match to what we expected he went above and beyond to make sure we got the price we needed on our trade to make the new payment affordable, and to have the extened warrenty/gap included. If you are looking for a well known dealer with honest working people, this is the place, Ask for Lestor, he is amazing, Definitely recommended!!! More

I chatted online with a member of this dealership - she confirmed in advance that World did have the color and set up an appointment for me. The salesman was friendly and at pickup did something no sales person has ever done for me before. He sat in the car with me and explained how many of the new electronic bells and whistles work.
