A Great Experience Being a busy teacher, it s hard for me to take time to search for a good deal on a car. I was on a time crunch and really wanted a reliable car with awd. I previuosly test drove the Subaru Legacy and knew it was the car for me. The only issue was that most dealerships did not carry the basic model Legacy that I wanted, but World Subaru did. When I first called World Subaru they were not concerned with getting my personal information upon first call. This was great because when I teach I can not be harassed by car dealers calling. They were able to give me the great news that the car I wanted was on their lot and that I can put it on hold till the weekend. World Suraru was also able to give me a great out the door price quote right on the phone. I am not going to lie I did consult a friend who sold Subaru's at another lot to see if I was getting the best deal. My friend informed me to go through with purchasing at World Subaru not only because of the affordable price I was quoted but because it is so rare that a Subaru dealership would actually carry the kind of Legacy I wanted. When I bought the car from Safet he was patient and courteous with me (a first time car buyer). The entire car buying process was easy. I was able to trade in my previous car, finance the new car for a good rate, and add on a vehicle care package which include tire service and more oil changes. Safet took the time to show me how to use the vehicle's features before I left. I could not thank the team at World Subaru more for making my car buying experience a stress free one. I love my new Subaru Legacy. The Legacy has really made me feel like I want to drive again which is a feeling I did not have in the later years of my previous car. Awesome job World Subaru! More

Since our first leased Subaru Forester was just what we were looking for to safely transport our first grandchild, there was no question where we would shop again. We absolutely love our recent leasing of the 2015 Forester which has many fine upgrades... just a great car! It more than proved itself making our trip to and from Vermont day later! And all the while the customer service has been friendly, courteous and patient as they considered our every question or concern important. From the time I drove in to the dealership , it was clear that this was a well run organization, staffed by people who were happy to be working there. After an initial consultation with General Sales Manager Mike Lamazzo, who provided solid advice on what I should consider, I was referred to Sales Associate, Girsh Berman. Girsh skilully guided me through the car selection and leasing process and proved to be, not only a seasoned sales professional, but also a genuinely nice person. He was truly interested in my being a very satisfied customer, in every step of the process. He did this so well that I now feel that I have a friend in the auto business.
