Completely positive experience buying a car this week This was the third Subaru dealer I visited over a one month span. I went here despite living 40 miles away because of their large inventory. I was greeted warmly and assigned a sales associate, Isaac Nissim, who was a joy to work with from the beginning. Over a 10 day period, he answered all of my lengthy list of questions and helped me decide what I really needed in the new Legacy my wife and I were looking to buy. After a bit back and forth, I agreed to a price that was actually a tad under the True Car/KBB/Consumer Reports B&B number. In the end, I left with the car feeling that I had a more than decent deal combo for the new car and my trade in. Isaac continues to encourage us to text or call with any and all questions. This dealer also offers 2 free oil changes, car washes with every service, and loaner cars. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend World Subaru. More

With the first two dealerships I visited, I experienced high pressure sales tactics, and a reticence to answer my many questions. So, it was with trepidation that I walked into World Subaru without an appointment, and was assigned sales rep, Safet Salaj. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy going and honest, with a wealth of knowledge, not only about Subaru cars, but the industry in general, he answered every question I had, and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision, without pressuring me. Once my car arrived from the factory, Safet handled the paper work without a hitch, and spent a lot of time patiently orienting me to my new Outback. He's a gem!!
