I was looking for a 2015 Subaru Outback and went to the DealerRater to see what reputable Subaru dealers in my neighborhood had to offer. No dealers had the exact car I wanted. I found a close one at World Subaru and, after reading its staff reviews, contacted Girsh Berman who was very well regarded by others, and rightfully so. He was very open, friendly and helpful and reserved for me the exact car I wanted while it was still at the manufacturer's plant. He called me in one week to let me know that the car was shipped and, a few days later, that it arrived to the dealership. I came next day at 4 PM. Price negotiation was very quick and fair and financing procedure with Mike Warnock was brisk too. At the end Girsh walked me to the car and spent half an hour with me going over every car control from the trunk to the hood. At 5:30 PM I left the dealership driving my new Outback home. More

I have bought four or five Subaru's from this dealer and they have improved the experience of buying a car from years past. I hope this trend continues. I used True Car pricing from Allstate. This gave me a base to start from and then the trade-in needed a price. We arrived at a reasonable price which I was satisfied. Safet Salaj gave me complete confidence that my deal was good. I will recommend to all that he is the man to see when buying a car or just to say hello to a good man. More

Shane was great and DID NOT WASTE MY TIME!!! No haggling back and forth for an hour! Straight to the point and extremely friendly. Not only did I leave with a new car, but I gained a friend as well. Would recommend this salesman to anyone interested in a steal of a deal! Not only does he sell Subaru's, but can get you an excellent deal on Dodge and VW too! More

As this was my first up-close look at a Subaru, I wanted verification of my online research as much of the newer technology was amazing. The test drive was awesome, and I found the Forrester was responsive, smooth to handle and comfortable, Everyone at the dealership was eager to please. My only issue was the time the entire process took to complete, approx. 4 hrs. Salesman J.R., ever the gentleman, kept me informed and apologized for the wait. Excellent Experience My wife and I went into Subaru to look around in mid August. We met with Timmy Stewart who approached us in the parking lot. He asked us a few questions in terms of why we were there, what we were looking for, etc. We left there after test driving the Outback and Forrester. He had followed up to see if we were still interested some time later, but we weren't in a position to purchase just yet. We had gone back this weekend 11/8, met with Timmy and he was super professional and very helpful. He was busy with other customers at the time, but he never left us waiting without checking in to make sure we were alright as he had finalized other discussions. My wife and I received a good price on a 2015 lease and I would recommend the dealership as well as Timmy to any friends or family interested in owning/leasing a Subaru. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. More

That was not for us, but we saw an Outback that intrigued us. Our salesperson, Girsh Berman, was remarkable in explaining the vehicle and set us up for a local trial, just my wife and I. Privately we were able to drive it and critique it. We liked it, but we were unsure because it was not an "SUV". The sales manager offered us an extended test drive, take it out for a few hours, take it shopping, to the bank, on the highway, etc. That settled it. Girsh walked us through the process so expertly that within no time at all we knew this was the car for us. Very impressive dealership. More
