I do not want to open a can of worms. I bought a new subaru from your dealership. The salesman was great. That said the management leaves alot to be desired. I have a friend that works at your dealership and he told me that when I left with my car Mike Warnock made rude comments about my income to other employees. I verified that. Not only is that rude it is illeagle to discuss my personal info with others. He and the sales manager made my purchase HORRIBLE.I buy a new car every two or three years. Your managment team has alot to learn about customers. Not every one is a stroke or asshole. Like they said about me. P.S. I was a lay down on price. Sold me at retail. Jammed me with FnI products the list goes on.

The dealership was given more then one time to handle the problem and me with respect. I do not believe that your dealership really cares for it customers. I was made out to be a pain in the ass customer. Well really customers while not always easy should never or almost never be considered a pain in the ass. For what its worth the problem is your FNI slob of a person and your inconsiderate sales manager not me and my purchase at Retail price. While I feel the need to speak with you I feel it will fall on deaf ears.
