My family had purchased 2 trucks from Citrus Ford years ago when I was a kid so we decided to start there. We were immediately greeted by Reggie and at first glance I was ready to run expecting the typical high pressure sales pitch. Instead she was helpful going over the different features between the base and middle of the road models. We then met Daniel and started the fun part. We were already pre-approved through our bank, but they were able to beat the interest rate with 0% APR. We also were in a position where we had some negative equity to deal with on our trade-in which is less than ideal when negotiating a deal. They appraised our trade at exactly what we expected per our research through KBB. The negative equity was reduced substantially with the doubled rebates. Daniel was able to keep the payments close enough to what we were expecting and we got to drive away in a much more family (car seat) friendly vehicle. The whole process was painless and probably one of our best car buying experiences. More
