Our 5th car from Citrus Motors was on the Kia side and was by far the best car shopping and buying experience ever, including all previous Citrus Motors purchases and all other dealers we have dealt with over the years. What made this the best experience ever was due to Kia Sales Manager Kyle O'Neal. He had a great personality, was very polite, respectful and extremely patient with us while we requested to test drive a couple different models and asked many questions which he was able to answer. There was absolutely no pressure from Kyle or this dealership in any phase of our test driving or negotiating once we picked our new Kia Optima. We were very happy with our new car and the price we negotiated, the whole experience was smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend this dealership and Kyle if you are interested in a Kia. I have been to other Ford dealers in the area and it seems others need to adopt the Citrus Motors way of doing business. I bought a $42k Fusion Energi, since I was new to an electric vehicle Ryan followed up twice with me in the days after purchase to ensure all my questions were answered. I plan to buy an Expedition next year and will definitely come back to see Ryan to purchase it. I highly recommend and will also review on Yelp. More
