The Sales Person (Lewis / Louis) was very informative in answering any questions about a new vehicle. The Parts and Service Department offered a clear estimate on the cost of a replacement window and even called back to notify my of a mistake in the original quote. To my suprise the new quote was quite a bit lower. I recommend this dealership to anyone who has a Ford. It is people like this team that makes me proud to own a Ford automobile. More

I've had my 2007 F-250 at Citrus Motors twice in the last 2 months and Mr. Velez has on both occasions went above and beyond any level of customer service I have experienced. As my truck was only 1,000 miles 2 months and Mr. Velez has on both occasions went above and beyond any level of customer service I have experienced. As my truck was only 1,000 miles out of warranty the first time Mr. Velez went to Ford and assisted me in getting almost half of my repair bill paid by them. After just 2 weeks of having my truck back, it unfurtunately broke down again. Mr. Velez had my truck towed into his facility on a Monday afternoon and ready for pick up on Wednesday morning.
