On 2/10/11 I had a problem with my F150 stalling. I called Enrique my advisor and explained my situation. After which we determined it needed to be towed in, no problem as I have Ford towing. I called Richard about my powerstroke smoking and he immediately sent a tow truck to my house to pick it up. as soon as it arrived and was diagnosed he called and notified me of the status. I bought my used car in November of 2010. I had a few issues with the car a couple of weeks ago and took it back, they took care of the problem. Brian was the Service Advisor that helped me then. I had a problem with my 2005 Ford F250 and had called the dealership for advice. I was given a random service advisor named Enrique. I explained my situation and told him I had purchased an extended warran dealership for advice. I was given a random service advisor named Enrique. I explained my situation and told him I had purchased an extended warranty. He basically told me that my warranty didn't cover towing it didn't cover this and it didn't cover that(I had bought the premium warranty sold by Citrus)of course I was very upset and thought I had been taken by them because of the terrible warranty I had purchased. I had a bad experience in the past with another dealership that sold me an aftermarket warranty on a new vehicle and it basically did not cover it when I needed major repairs. After being extremely upset by Enrique I found out who my previous advisor was and that had assisted me in the past and sold the warranty to me in total confidence. Brian Meschon assured me that warranty I purchased was excellent and that he would take of the problem immediately. I took my vehicle in the same day and it was diagnosed not only for the problem I had called about but another problem as well. He set me up with a rental car and told me that all repairs would be covered by my warranty. He kept me apprised of the status of the vehicle and it was completed in the time span he promised. The warranty covered all repairs as well. I was very thankful and relieved that the product I purchased was exactly as it was sold. Brian stepped up and handled this situation professionally and very well. He knew exactly what he was selling and handled this tense situation with expertise. I am very happy with Citrus and would now because of Brian recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
