Sales had a difficult time tracking down the vehicle, but once they did, we were able to immediately drive it and confirm we wanted it. This was a simple cash buy - and this is where I think things could've gone better. For one, Chad repeatedly asked us if we wanted to take the truck home that day...it was a question that was repeated and seemed unnecessary, as we made it very clear we were there to write a check and drive off. Secondly, the amount of time it took to get paperwork together for such an easy transaction seemed very excessive. It was "just a few minutes" multiple times, and when we finally got to the finance office, the paperwork wasn't quite right, so much of it had to be reprinted. Overall, we got the truck we wanted for a fair price. Everyone was courteous. I have nothing negative to say - but do think we could've spent a lot less time for such an easy sale. More

Wonderful car-buying experience I found a great price on a Hyundai Sonata after doing some internet research, and happened to enter my email into a price watch. I was contacted immed I found a great price on a Hyundai Sonata after doing some internet research, and happened to enter my email into a price watch. I was contacted immediately and the next day by email, and ended up setting up a test drive. I didn't end up liking the Sonata, but my salesperson, Jason, took the time to learn what I was looking for and searched through the inventory to find something that would work better for me, and I'm really grateful that he did. I test drove a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited and after taking a couple days to think about it and research it, I decided that the price was right and decided to purchase the car. Jason was excellent in making himself available and answering any questions I had, and also making sure the finance terms ended up where I wanted them. I believe I worked with Ryan with the loan terms and paperwork, and he was thorough and friendly as well. The experience was no-hassel and easy and I felt right overall making the decision. I will be happy to recommend City Automall to any friends or family should they be looking for a car in the future.
