Checked inventory of many dealerships and personally talked to two of them that both were very helpful. Found the one in stock that fit our very specific requirements from City Ford. My salesman was Ty Preston who I was pleased of only being informative and not pushy. The result is that I could not be more pleased with them and what Ford has engineered in this design and their features, compared with other brands. More

Great way to sell a vehicle to an out-of-state buyer I found my Ford F150 through cars.com and was able to get in contact with a sales association, Jacob Ferguson. The truck was in Indiana, and I live i I found my Ford F150 through cars.com and was able to get in contact with a sales association, Jacob Ferguson. The truck was in Indiana, and I live in Michigan. Thus, it wasn't easy or feasible at the time for me to travel to see the truck in person. Jacob took initiative and shot a video with his cell phone of a walk around of the truck. He then texted it to me. It was GREAT service and really sold me on working with the dealership to purchase the truck. He was also quick to respond to all emails and texts and phone calls. Plus, he's in the military (National Guard I think). Lots of respect for his ability to help me. Great experience with Jacob. Oh, and I did buy the truck and had it transported to me in Northern Michigan with no issues. Thank you, Jacob! More
