Stopped in to look at used cars. When we drove into City Automall, James spoke to us right away. He was very friendly and helpful. We were not exactly sure what we were looking for When we drove into City Automall, James spoke to us right away. He was very friendly and helpful. We were not exactly sure what we were looking for and James sat down with us and went over several different options. He asked another employee, Nick Castillo, about a Nissan that he wanted us to test drive. The vehicle was located and both James and Nick were great at explaining all its features. When it was time to finance, Nick took the time to find the right lender for us. And finally, Alex Sandoval in finance was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable here - there was no pressure. All employees were helpful, friendly and thoughtful. More
