The former Schlossman’s-owned dealership very recently was bought by City of Chicago. Most staff still there. I had a non-starting 2016 RAM Limited Ecodiesel that had to sit at the dealership for a part was bought by City of Chicago. Most staff still there. I had a non-starting 2016 RAM Limited Ecodiesel that had to sit at the dealership for a part that was back-ordered (fuel pressure sensor-regulator). I lost the use of my vehicle for 10 1/2 days. It would have been appropriate to offer a courtesy or loaner vehicle - especially since this mechanical issue was known to Ram and was covered under a special extended manufacturer warranty. The service department staff were attentive as usual, but maybe the changing owners and some procedures affected daily work. More
