Very poor experience vs the last time I was in for service with my Wagoneer. I have been waiting for months on a part for a recall; no one notified me the part was in. Not sure I'll be back to City for service. More

Generally very good. I can usually get an appointment when needed. Customer service is very nice. However on the previous visit the tires were rotated incorrectly. When I complained to my husband that my car was noisier after my tire rotation, he saw that the tires that needed to stay on the rear of the car were now on the front. I had specifically asked for the rear tires to stay there, that they were directional and should not be rotated. David was very apologetic and got my car right in to correct the mistake. The correction was done quickly and my car was washed. And I am riding quieter again. 🙂 More

Gabriel is the only reason you didn't get one star. I brought my truck there 5 weeks ago. Was told it would take a month. After a month I followed up and they said they couldn't duplicate the problem. I brought my truck there 5 weeks ago. Was told it would take a month. Gabriel is great. Whichever initial service writer took this on should be fired and blacklisted from the industry. More
