They were very accommodating to provide the needed service to my vehicle while I was away on a trip. Upon returning I was informed they discovered something else that could create a problem in the fut service to my vehicle while I was away on a trip. Appt for Wednesday at 8 am. Dropped off vehicle on tues evening. 2 to 3 hour appt for diagnosis. Had to rent car for transportation. They never called me on Wednesday or Dropped off vehicle on tues evening. 2 to 3 hour appt for diagnosis. Had to rent car for transportation. They never called me on Wednesday or Thursday. Friday morning I called to say I was just going to pick up my vehicle and to have it ready. Person I spoke to had no idea what was going on with my car and PROMISED to call me back in 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. 2 1/2 hours later still no call. I went there to just get my vehicle and given the excuse a service writer called in sick. Apparently if a service writer has to take off they all just ignore that persons customers. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even look at my car till I called. Paid for a rental for 4 days for a 2 to 3 hour appt. More
