We bought a truck from R &B car company. Spent a good penny on a F350. Had the truck for maybe 2 weeks and the motor started to leak oil from the top of the motor. Since City Ford was the company that pu penny on a F350. Had the truck for maybe 2 weeks and the motor started to leak oil from the top of the motor. Since City Ford was the company that put that motor in it R&B sent us to them to fix it. After reviewing they decided to put a new motor in it. 3 months went by and we finally got the truck back. To find the same problem. And City Ford cleared it. Now we are stuck paying another diesel mechanic to fix the problem. $$$$ More

My sales experience was great until less than a month later my salesman no longer worked here. It took nearly a month to get my license plates and I was sent the wrong plate in the mail. I was then lied later my salesman no longer worked here. It took nearly a month to get my license plates and I was sent the wrong plate in the mail. I was then lied to by Dawn who handles the titles and registration. I paid over $300 more than I should have for my plates that I now have to pay another fee to get them switched over to the correct plates. Horrible experience. Simple. If you don't know the answer to something, ask. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. More
