Wiper Switch replacement on 2016 F150 Wiper switch went bad after 28,000 miles and just past my 3 year and 36,000 warranty. Not the dealer's fault. City Ford had my truck on 2 different Wiper switch went bad after 28,000 miles and just past my 3 year and 36,000 warranty. Not the dealer's fault. City Ford had my truck on 2 different visits and 3 days in the shop. First trip, discovered the problem and ordered the part. Second trip, brought it in and they realized they ordered the wrong part. So, truck remained the 3rd day. I requested a discount from the $395 quoted and received a bill for $338. Overall, too long, too expensive and generally did not feel Ford or City Ford had my back. Travis was nice enough, just felt like more could of and should of been done. More

Good People Honestly I can’t complain about the dealership but not real happy with Ford about this. My 2018 Fusion Hybrid is amazing.
