Yesterday I was told my car would be ready in 2/2. 5 hours. I dropped it off my car before 1p and had to find the work assigned to me at 6:30p when I saw my car sitting in the lot completed. I asked fo 5 hours. I dropped it off my car before 1p and had to find the work assigned to me at 6:30p when I saw my car sitting in the lot completed. I asked for an update around 4:30p and didn’t receive a response till after 5:30p. No updates were given to let me know there were delays with my car. I sat at the dealership from 2p to almost 7p with basically no communication. Because of this I have now decided to not use this dealership again and will be opting out of using your 3rd party windshield partners. More
