I brought my car in for a recall. I don't like that you don't complete the recall work until you do a full diagnostic assessment then require me to review it on a app that doesn't wor I don't like that you don't complete the recall work until you do a full diagnostic assessment then require me to review it on a app that doesn't work which then forces me to speak with someone on the phone. While I appreciate the diagnostics, I have a full warranty on the vehicle and would not do any repairs at a dealership. You should just complete the work on the recall. Also a salesman I spoke with 2 years ago at Kia somehow knew I was in the repair center so he began calling me about sales which was confusing because I thought it was a call from the dealership about my repair.
