Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a car. Kia had my car for 10 days very little communication on what needed to be repaired. Also repairing things on my car without speaking to me first car. Kia had my car for 10 days very little communication on what needed to be repaired. Also repairing things on my car without speaking to me first. It was one thing after another with this service center. My car was under warranty and supposedly per the service department needed a new engine that wouldn’t be covered by the warranty I purchased. The customer service as well as there communication is horrible. I will never by another KIA again and would not recommend anyone purchasing a KIA if you are in the market for a new car. All they do is give you the run around and want to keep charging you more money! How convenient when you try to get into touch with anyone they are not available. More
