Yesterday, I had a scheduled appointment for vehicle service. During the visit, I was informed that I needed to purchase new tires. The representative then suggested that I should have the vehicle serviced at Walmart, which I found inappropriate, as it could jeopardize my vehicle’s warranty. I requested a goodwill warranty for the tires due to abnormal wear, potentially caused by improper alignment or transmission-related issues; however, this request was rejected. I was treated in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, and the overall customer service was very poor.
