Terrible s service dept had to Leave the car for 4 days for a simple oil change the normal mileage check up this is the second time they done this we had tinted windows put on Friday car was dropped off th for a simple oil change the normal mileage check up this is the second time they done this we had tinted windows put on Friday car was dropped off thurs afternoon so that was ok they said they would get it in service Friday and be done by Saturday even early Monday wasn’t a problem we had to call Monday around noon and they sai car was just going in service man txted back at 1:30 to ask to proceed then txt back at 3:30 to say what had to be done and the cost we told them just do the oil change we will be in tues morning to get the car we have an afternoon appt and need the car to get to work the next day Like I said this happen on our first service of the vehicle after we purchased it we had dropped it off thurs after work and it’s was never completed till following Tuesday for simple 5000 mile service this is unexceptable this is are 3rd Kia that we have purchased over the years But we won’t be back to city Kia again for service maybe u need a bigger service dept or more employees some one that knows how to communicate withe the customer if there’s delays More
