I could tell that he was new. My ride share got canceled by the driver and I asked him to request a new one. I was told by him to wait until he was done with his next customer. 10 My ride share got canceled by the driver and I asked him to request a new one. I was told by him to wait until he was done with his next customer. 10 minutes later I ordered my own Lyft. That evening he told me he forgot to order the part for my car (Monday) and then said it wouldn't be ready until 3 days later (Thursday). Didn't offer a courtesy car until I requested it. The next morning the part magically came in and was installed before 10am. Needs more customer service training. More

Great experience except I was not aware I purchased the basic model for my wife and she doesn't like it. According to management I have to wait 30 days and make the first payment which I did today.
