I made a 4pm appointment for my car service and I thought that was what time the service would have been done at 4pm. I knew I might had to wait a little but over 5 hours that is ridiculous. When I called I that was what time the service would have been done at 4pm. I knew I might had to wait a little but over 5 hours that is ridiculous. When I called I asked for a appointment for my oil change. Why tell me 4 pm if that’s not the time you will do it. Second issue I had with the dealership is I needed a part number for a part of my car that I am capable of changing myself. I just needed the Kia part number was dumbfounded the parts person told me that management does not allow them to give customers Kia part numbers. I understand you have overhead but I can’t see paying you 3 times the amount for a part I can buy directly from Kia for over $100 saving. Very disappointed with this experience for this service visit. More

Samer in Sales and Miguel in accessories are a pleasure to work with! The Finance department took way too long to get the paperwork together. The Sales Manager omitted the City Care package without discl to work with! The Finance department took way too long to get the paperwork together.
