Had issues with my car suddenly stopping after previously running perfectly. I was told it was my engine, and that they would work on getting me a new one under my warranty. After waiting a month I was infor running perfectly. I was told it was my engine, and that they would work on getting me a new one under my warranty. After waiting a month I was informed then the replacement required new brackets 1500+, then more and more issues were named new brakes needed new axle. I was assured that there were no other issues and upon picking it up told I had a practically new car. Upon drive home immediately issues were noted. My transmission was now broken, mind you no issues before and upon looking it up this is usually a complication of an incorrectly installed engine. Towed back to the dealer, they did not stand by their work. Turns out their comprehensive diagnostic is just them attaching a reader to your computer and a 5 min 1mi test drive after they have fixed whatever the readout tells them. Despite asking to speak with a manager multiple times this never happened until I came to pick up the car. UNCOMPREHENSIVE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNCARING service. More
