I and my wife are in our 70s' My wife was complaining about seeing the road at night in her 2020 Soul LX. I heard LEDs' were much brighter. Tried installing them but for me it was too difficult to do. It about seeing the road at night in her 2020 Soul LX. I heard LEDs' were much brighter. Tried installing them but for me it was too difficult to do. It was in a tight area where you can only use one hand with one maybe 2 fingers. Make an appointment for your dealership to install them. 4/20 met Tony #6549 and told him I tried installing them and even jammed one the headlight housing. Said no problem, should take about 1/2 to install. Well, it was too hard to retrieve the LED bulb and the job would take an hour to remove the bumper cover to install the lights. No problem, job was done paid $224.66, invoice 560159. After driving off notice my dashboard was letting me know a headlight bulb was out. Come to find out LEDs' take a lower wattage, so I needed something to fool the car electronics, an (Integrated CANBUS). So on 5/26 had another appointment to install these new LED lights along with the Integrated CANBUS. Met with German #6605. He proceeded to inform me how difficult it'll be. I informed him about the last visit, and access was fairly easy behind the bulb. After 50 minutes, he came to me about needing fog lights, which I told him my car doesn't have Fog Lights. Also needed a cabin filter, which I replaced 5 months ago. He presented me a bill of $247.14 invoice 562365 I truly feel it was only 1/2 hour's worth of work. More

Sent an email, called and left a voicemail and not one person has called me back. I've been without a car since 2 days after they did my multi point inspection. Crazy I had a working car and now I dont. A person has called me back. I've been without a car since 2 days after they did my multi point inspection. Crazy I had a working car and now I dont. I was charged $250 to install 2 headlight bulbs, in what takes only 1/2 hour to do. Also they said my fog light was out and they want to replace it. I don't have foglights on this car.
