I really didn't like that. I didn't get an update on the vehicle after I had text him and no answer when I had called him. I was in your office waiting there standing and he wa I didn't get an update on the vehicle after I had text him and no answer when I had called him. I was in your office waiting there standing and he was nowhere to be found and then when I went outside, he was actually in a corner, eating watermelon with one of the coworkers.. I was very unhappy because I was told it was only gonna take two hours and I totally understand that you guys tend to be busy and I just didn't appreciate that. He didn't even walk me to my vehicle when they brought it up for me they didn't even takeoff the number that usually is hanged on the mirror and the plastic was still on the chair and the paper down at the bottom for my mats not to get dirty. This is the second time that I leave your dealer, unhappy, the first time I don't remember the gentleman's name, but they didn't even put any window wiper fluid on it and his treatment towards me was completely different than this gentleman that I went to this time. And I also was trying to talk with the manager of the department and he told me he was on the phone, but then never came back to me to find out what was that I needed. So I truly did not appreciate that and was very disappointed because I know that your dealer is a car dealer that usually sells a lot of vehicles per month and as a customer I don't think that I should be treated that way. Especially buying a brand new vehicle from your dealer . Hopefully my next visit will be better. Have a great day. More
