I already did this on Aug 27th and it was a complete waste of my time. The service manager (or at least who was presented to me as the service manager) literally would not talk to me. He inspected the car without introducing himself or saying a word then disappeared. The service adviser then told me the item was missing and there was nothing they could do. When I asked about the broken visor, he told me they didn't have the item in stock and there was nothing they could do. In the process of doing this, I also discovered from the auto-tread depth sensors when you drive in that the tire rotation I paid for was not done. So in summation: City Kia did not perform a service I paid for. Performed the other services shoddily. Broke a part of my car unrelated to the services I was having carried out. Lost an irreplaceable sentimental item. Then told me there was absolutely nothing they could do without even offering so much as an apology, nevermind compensation. This was after I gave City Kia another chance after they let me drive an unsafe vehicle home the last service I had here 3 years ago. They assured me a patched tire I took in to be replaced that had to be inflated every day was fine. It lost air and went flat 20 minutes later on turnpike and I had to put on the donut and take it elsewhere to have my tire replaced. I opted to pay for oil changes elsewhere rather than utilize my free oil changes here because of it.
