I'm very satisfied with my Kia. I was surprised at how comfortable it is to drive and how modern its interior and exterior design is. As for gasoline consumption, it is quite efficient for its size, which helps a lot on a daily basis. I pulled in and waited for my service tech. Apparently each car has a specific person. Everyone else was helped and i was still sitting there. Finally my tech came over and asked me about my service. Cut me off mid sentence and then later tells me there is a $200 charge that was not made known to me when i booked the appointment. Didn’t start off well. Then i get a quote for over $1800 in work needed. I authorized 2 out of 8 and even then my bill ended up about $100 more than what was quoted. Way overpriced! And customer service was lacking. I wouldn’t return. I took my car somewhere else and paid less than half of what was quoted for the other repairs needed. More
