Jay Torres in service department attempted to stall service on my vehicle till the next week, despite being from out of state, and City Kia having car for just a battery charge the day before. I was re service on my vehicle till the next week, despite being from out of state, and City Kia having car for just a battery charge the day before. I was repeatedly given inaccurate information regarding the status and urgency of my vehicle. I was only helped after leaving service dept and going directly to mechanics office site.
