The first oil change took me 5 hours at the dealership, and no one could tell me how much longer it would take. This time, they supposedly offered me VIP service, and it took more than 3 hours! Got there at 1pm for a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. At 3pm I'm told the car is going in for car wash. At 4pm I request my car because it's been 3 hours and my car was dirty for an hour after it change. At 3pm I'm told the car is going in for car wash. At 4pm I request my car because it's been 3 hours and my car was dirty for an hour after it was supposed to be washed. Let there at 4:15. Took 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and NO car wash. Plus I got there early. Never again. More

I’m very disappointed with your service and will not be back there again. Nor will my other friends and family members who have kia cars after this! What’s the point of having a personal rep if they wri back there again. Nor will my other friends and family members who have kia cars after this! What’s the point of having a personal rep if they write up the order wrong no matter how many times I tell them I only want the oil changed. then I talk to a rude manager there who won’t release my car until I pay the $200+ which is more that the $89 oil change And this is the second time I’ve dealt with this same thing there. You hit it correct a few times in between bit the rudeness was uncalled for yesterday! More
