My wife and I were searching online for cars and came across one car she really liked at this dealership. The price was clear and was something we could afford. There is a tab to click for a special "eprice" Warning ! Dont do it!. I was expecting just that, a special offer. Not so. It couldnt have been even a minute and my phone rang from them. (all i could think of is vultures.) Of coarse she (Sherry Wooten) informed me that , noooo. Thats not the right price. It must be wrong. (the same price is still on their page) But of coarse went on to gather info and say she was going to help. From here on the emails, texts and phone calls were almost overbearing. It was crazy to say the least. After going back and forth a time or two she came back and told me she had a car for my wife at $15k and came with a 5 night cruise. We drove all the way from Ocala to Orlando to get this deal. A deal that did not exist. after at least a half dozen emails and texts (from her) to confirm our appointment, she was mia. We were told that Sherry does not meet with customers. So things went south from there. There was never a cruise and the car for that price "just got sold" OMG, what a bunch of Bull S#$^. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The lying and tag team pressure tricks were out of the park. This is truly a business of unscrupulous, dishonest people. The Better Business bureau give this place an "F" rating. You better believe it . Avoid this place like the plague ! More

Never pressured me at all during the whole process. I gave him my price range for a used car and he did everything he could to put me into something I would like. Eddie had a fresh trade-in Kia Optima that they showed me and I fell in love. Eddie made sure the inspections were done correctly and that the vehicle was safe for me to drive home with which many dealerships do not do. He replaced/fixed some things that I had concerns about and got them fixed. When it came to the price of the car and purchasing the car, Wil was very helpful and nice on explaining what was going on. There were a couple of issues with my bank's financing which was all figured out in the end but in the end, the dealership got paid and I was able to drive home an amazing car. If you go to City Kia, ask for Barry. He truly wants to earn your business and will go above and beyond as well as Eddie. Thank you guys! More

I will NEVER recommend this business again. I purchased a vehicle about 3 years ago, and the customer service was outstanding. I guess over the years good help is hard to find. Someone by the name of Andrea is the rudest person that I have ever spoken to. I am not sure if she understands English well or not, but by her actions, I would say she doesn't. I made the same statement more than twice, and she continued to talk as though she didn't understand me. After about 2 minutes of her not comprehended, she speaks in a nasty tone, what car are you interested in? I responded any vehicle. Then in another nasty tone, when do you want to come in? I said, what I want to do is to speak to a general manager. She hangs up the phone on me. I then called back to talk to the General Manager again, with her nasty attitude she transfers me to someone by the name of Andrea again. If I had to guess I would say her friend. She gets on the laughing and having a conversation with someone else, and I say, "Are you the general manager?" No, we are trying to help you. Why are you calling here acting like that? I said, acting like what? She said, "Happy Holiday and hung the phone up. I started to call back again, but I realized that I was probably speaking with two uneducated people and it would be a waste of my time. I know understand why City Kia has a low rating. I will take my business someone where else. It's up to the customers to let City Kia know that it is the customers that pay their salary. I will never recommend them to anyone again. More
