Sales department is very welcoming and friendly and professional. The service department is awful with their turnaround time, which is unacceptable if an appointment has been scheduled. First I’d like to say that everyone was friendly to me at my recent trip to the service department. But I was taken back by the time it took to check on the service recall. I was not prepared for a 3 1/2 my recent trip to the service department. But I was taken back by the time it took to check on the service recall. I was not prepared for a 3 1/2 hours of wait for the ECM software to be updated. I did not have any other work done such as the fuel tank or PCSV valve replacement. I was offered a ride to my residence seeing I live under a certain distance from the dealership. I did not take them up on it due to having to leave immediately after my vehicle was completed. Overall it was a pleasant experience other than having to wait so long. More
