I appreciate the fact that they were able to work with me to get me the deal I wanted for the SUV . The only part that I did not appreciate was they were supposed to show me the SUV before I purchased it and to get me the deal I wanted for the SUV . Abel was kind, patient & communicated w/images throughout my time there. My car needed brakes and was running rough. I took his advice on getting a transmission flush while the car was there rather than wai my time there. My car needed brakes and was running rough. No more rough shifting or dragging which could have caused more problems had I waited. And, my gas mileage seems to be improved again as well! I didn't care for the new sales method of being approached with the trade-in value of your car paperwork as you bring your car for service. More

The salesperson added my husband’s email to the official paperwork and also connected his email to the car system without asking for my permission or explaining anything to me. I do not speak English well, so I was depending on the salesperson to guide me clearly through the process. Now I am trying to remove my husband’s email from the car system, but it’s difficult since his email is already registered, and it is also written in the documents.
