Well as soon as I got there I was bombarded with somebody telling me I need a new windshield and I needed floor mats and window tinting. Came in for the inspection because my service light was on in my car. telling me I need a new windshield and I needed floor mats and window tinting. Came in for the inspection because my service light was on in my car. Tried to upsell me on multiple items. Took almost all day for a small oil change that was definitely overpriced.. I requested that my car be vacuumed completely on the inside because that's what I was told would happen every time I brought my car into the shop to be worked on. They told me they only do the front part but he would ask them to please do the entire car. I had removed everything out of the vehicle. When I got the car back the front was not even done to a high standard. He said he would take the car back and have it vacuumed out for me but I did not have time as you guys have had my car all day till almost 4:00 I got there at 9:00 for an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened it has been at least three times now that I have brought the car in and it hasn't been cleaned out like they said they would do when I purchased the car. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but it does save me a lot of time and since I'm there anyways and it's supposed to be done I would just expect a good service every time I come in which I really haven't been getting as of lately More
