When I went to drop off the car everything was good. Like great attention the person was really friendly. Everything good. The problem was when I went to pick up my car the service representative was no Like great attention the person was really friendly. Everything good. The problem was when I went to pick up my car the service representative was nowhere to be found. I walked into the office and there was nobody like a receptionist or anything that could help me and I had to wait at least 20 minutes until finally somebody that was walking by asked me if I needed help and even he wasn't my representative. He was able to drop whatever he was doing and get my car. I appreciate what he did, I don't know his name though. But I had to wait way to long for someone to offer help even when I asked a few people if they can help me they said I needed to find the person who received my car. Someone called him and he wasn't picking up the phone. In other opportunities there was always a person in the desk that would help me find the service agent or someone to help me get my car in minutes. I've been a client of this dealership since 2022.
