En este servicio no fue tan bueno como lo esperaba, solo fui por un cambio de aceite y filtro y termine con mi auto mojado porque algun técnico o la persona que movió mi auto dejo la ventana del piloto abie fui por un cambio de aceite y filtro y termine con mi auto mojado porque algun técnico o la persona que movió mi auto dejo la ventana del piloto abierta y la lluvia mojo todo el auto del lado izquierdo lado del piloto. Mi preocupacion es que yo se que se mojo el volante, la puerta y el tablero, lo cual tiene componentes eléctricos que podrian fallar con el tiempo producto de una corrosión por el agua que entró por la ventana, el técnico que me entregó el auto, me dijo que solo se mojo el asiento pero yo tambien fui técnico de servicio al cliente y conozco de autos y se que mi auto se mojo bastante, y tengo pruebas que quedaron las marcas de agua seca en el volante, tablero y puerta y en un futuro podrian tener mas desgaste que el resto de los compenentes del auto....en resumen por un servicio sencillo, termine sin auto 1 dia por la negligencia de alguna persona del taller que dejo mi ventanilla abierta y se mojara mi auto. Si agradezco que me hubieran resuelto el problema dejando secar mi auto correctamente y haberme prestado un auto para poder movilizarme mientras mi auto estaba en servicio....lo malo fue que el asesor de servicio no cumplió con todo lo que se habia pautado, falto la rotación de las llantas, pero si cambio el aceite y filtro y revisaron el auto de acuerdo a lo exigido por el servicio de garantia.....
