Well, it took over a week to fix the car. I get that a part needed to be ordered, but after 5 days we finally got a rental car set up by KIA. That was supposed to be covered by KIA. It was ordered for one day by KIA. But since the car wouldn't be done until Friday evening, we were forced to keep the rectal. I confirmed with Johnathan that Kia would extend the reveal daily, until the car was ready. He confirmed that you would take care of it. But surprise to us, we were charged on our credit card for $97.43. We had to give a credit card when picking up the car, but Hertz said we wouldn't be charged anything, it was just policy. So we are more than pissed that we are being charged for the extra days since Johnathan obviously didn't bother to do the extension of the rental to cover all the days we needed. Then there was a whole other issue with making us wait a while to just get our keys and car Friday night so we could leave. After doing business with City Kia for over a decade, this was by far the worst experience with service we ever had. More
My car still isn't fixed even though they gave it back, the check engine light is still on.
